Seda undertakes to provide the SMME product portal free of charge and will receive no compensation, whether monetary or   others, from SMMEs who advertise their products and services on the portal.

SMME Information which we have been submitted for the Seda SMME portal will have a material bearing on the adjudication of the application and if it therefore subsequently appears that any information in the application was not correct, or that certain information was omitted, Seda shall be entitled to withdraw or amend its approval and without prejudice to its rights.

Seda further states that it will not handle any enquiries from potential buyers of products or services on behalf of SMMEs and that all interactions between buyer and seller will strictly be the responsibility of the businesses listed on the portal.

Seda will not take responsibility for any enquiries and/or complaints relating to products advertised on the portal and that such enquiries or complaints will be the sole responsibility of the business owners listed on the portal.

Seda undertakes to only publish information on the SMME portal which has been approved and signed off by the business owner.

If all requirements are not met Seda shall be at liberty, without notice, to remove SMMEs information from the portal.
